About Nathan

Nathan May has been building for as long as he can remember. Tree forts were his specialty in his younger years, followed by decks, barn/shop additions, and fences. Nathan spent 16 years growing up in Montana and gained valuable experience building pole barns from material on-site on his family’s small farm. He was mentored by two different uncles in the construction trade and began working on custom homes in the late teens. With a passion for construction, coupled with desire for education, Nathan studied Business Administration and Design Technology at LeTourneau University. He worked in construction during the summers on the Monterey Peninsula to pay for school. After graduating in 2003 with a B.S., an A.S. and a private pilot’s license, Nathan made Carmel, CA his home for 18 years. He worked as a licensed general building contractor, building custom homes in prestigious communities around the Monterey Peninsula, along with adding several luxury homes to his property management portfolio.  Nathan and his family are incredibly excited to have relocated back to Bigfork, MT.

Nathan has worked alongside multiple contractors, helping to manage their jobs efficiently and gaining experience. Nathan received his contractor’s license in 2005 and has enjoyed working on many projects since then. Please visit the projects page to view his work.

“I am a hands-on contractor and like to have a part in the physical construction of all my jobs. I believe in hard work, honesty, a positive work environment, and strive to be efficient at all I do. Please contact me to discuss your project and let’s build your dream together.
